Meet Our Executive Team

Unlike many firms, LCG provides a continuum of services from internal assessments, feasibility studies, campaigns, major gift programs, development audits, to market research, strategic planning, board governance, and retreat facilitation.

Providing a full range of services to our clients requires a knowledgeable, highly skilled, and dedicated team of professionals. We only hire senior-level professionals, at the height of successful careers; individuals who are able to provide "value-added services" to our clients from the fields of communications, public relations, marketing, organizational development, or fund development.

Our consultants are also limited to the number of contracts they manage in order to ensure they have sufficient time to deliver the highest quality services and the ability to respond to unexpected needs as they arise.

Our hiring philosophy, while more expensive, demonstrates our first and foremost commitment to client satisfaction. Please take the time to review the abbreviated biographical information on the members of our executive team.
