After serving as the President & CEO for two private academic institutions for almost 25 years, I was ready for a change. When Rose Lester invited me to consider taking over Lester Consulting Group, I saw it as a great opportunity to leverage my leadership and fundraising experience working with a broader range of nonprofit organizations. As a former LCG client, I had firsthand experienced with LCG’s commitment to client satisfaction, evidence-based practices, measurable outcomes, and extraordinary results. As the new President & CEO of LCG, I am firmly committed to continuing our legacy of being the most effective and respected consulting group among those we serve.
